Things to Bring

NOTE: Sleeping rooms are not pre-assigned or reserved prior to arrival, but are selected at registration upon arrival. Rooms accommodate up to 4 with a full bath in every room.

Bug spray for the skeeters

A flashlight for outdoor nighttime

All linens provided including pillows, but feel free to bring a pillow from home if you have a special preference (with a pillowcase, but all other bed linens and towels are provided)

Comfy clothes (for yoga, meditation time, sitting in workshops)

Fuzzy socks or slippers

A warm sweater or jacket (for outdoor adventures)

Comfortable shoes

A water bottle and/or travel mug

Tea sachets or coffee packets (if you want an extra boost)

An umbrella or raincoat
